FAQ
Common questions
The short version of what people ask most: how to join, how to keep your base safe, where to get Coins and what to do when something goes wrong.
How do I join from Java Edition?
Launch Minecraft Java Edition 1.21.4 or newer, go to Multiplayer → Add Server and enter misterkrak.cc. You don’t need a paid account. On your first visit register with /register <password> <password>, and after that log in with /login <password>.
Can I play on my phone or on Bedrock?
Yes. In Minecraft Bedrock go to Play → Servers → Add Server and enter misterkrak.cc with port 19132. No registration: you’re logged in automatically. Your name gets a dot in front — that’s how Bedrock players are marked. Java and Bedrock accounts are separate characters with separate progress. There’s no voice chat on Bedrock, but /menu, /help and /rules open as native windows. Xbox, PlayStation and Switch can’t add a server by hand: add the Xbox account MistrKrak as a friend (reserve: ProfiltAleh) and MisterKrak2 shows up in the Friends tab. Step by step: the How to join page, Consoles tab.
I just joined. Where do I start?
Type /rtp to be dropped at a random spot in the survival world. Gather resources, find a claim ore to protect your base, and save a home point with /sethome. Homes, the auction, the buyer and clans are all in /menu. And remember: it’s a grief server, so hide your valuables and don’t trust everyone.
What events are there, and when?
Every day at 18:00 Kyiv time the Hero’s Grave opens in the survival world with a boss inside: the chest unlocks once he dies, and only those who fought him get the loot. An airdrop lands daily at 16:00 with a random rarity from Common to Legendary. Type /events to see how long until each event and, once one has started, where it is. The next event is also shown at the bottom of the player list (the Tab key).
How big is the world?
The Overworld is 10,000 × 10,000 blocks: the border runs 5,000 blocks from the centre (0, 0) in every direction. The Nether and the End are 10,000 × 10,000 too (±5,000). Portals still work at 1:8, so a Nether portal more than 625 blocks from the centre leads to the Overworld border. /rtp drops you no more than 1,000 blocks from the centre. The world is compact on purpose: players run into each other more often, but there’s still room to hide a base.
How do I claim land?
Mine one of the claim ores with a Silk Touch pickaxe and place it — the claim is created automatically. The radius depends on the ore: Deepslate Emerald Ore 25 blocks, Emerald Ore 20, Deepslate Diamond Ore 10, Ancient Debris 5. A claim is a cube, so the radius also counts up and down. Add friends with /ps add <player>, see the borders with /ps view, and find every command in /ps help. To place the ore as a normal block, switch with /ps toggle.
Can my claim still be raided?
Yes — it’s a grief server. A claim stops other players from breaking or placing blocks by hand, but TNT, creepers, withers, lava, water, fire, pistons and PvP all work inside it. If the claim block itself gets blown up, the claim is gone. Explosions can’t break Ancient Debris, but a wither can. So hide your claim block and think your defences through.
How do I earn Coins?
Sell resources to the buyer (/seller), put items up for auction (/ah) and hunt mobs: they sometimes drop emerald coins (25% chance, bosses always). Spend Coins at the auction and in the /shop, and send them to others with /pay <player> <amount>.
What are KrakCoins and how do I get them?
KrakCoins (₭) are the donation currency: 1 ₭ = 1 ₴ (UAH). Top up on the Donate page or with /donate in game. ₭ buys ranks (/donatebuy) as well as spawners and spawn eggs. LEVIATHAN, CTULHU and KRAKEN rank holders also get up to 60 ₭ a season on the Kraken Pass Premium line (/pass). Check your balance with /krakcoins and your top-up history with /donates. You can pay with a card from any country: your bank converts the hryvnias into your currency. If you pick euros or crypto on Donatello, ₭ are credited at the National Bank of Ukraine rate, rounded in your favour.
Is donating pay-to-win?
No. Donating won’t give you a big edge — it mainly supports the project, and the money mostly pays for hosting. Ranks give convenience: more homes and claims, a portable crafting table (/craft), ender chest access (/ec), the Kraken Pass Premium line and a chat prefix. There are no weapons or armour for sale — the only donate items are spawners and spawn eggs. Note that donations are non-refundable.
How do I join or create a clan?
Ask a clan leader or officer to invite you (/clan invite <player>) and accept with /accept. Your own clan costs 3,000 Ⓜ: /clan create <tag> <name>, with a tag of 2–5 characters. A clan can have up to 10 members at the start; the limit grows with the clan level (up to 25). Clans also have a shared base (/clan home), alliances and wars. The /clan menu handles all of it.
How do I change the language?
Type /lang (or /language) and pick Ukrainian, Russian or English — chat, menus and hints switch over.
Is there voice chat?
Yes, Plasmo Voice: nearby players hear you within 8, 16 or 32 blocks. On Java install the Plasmo Voice mod, version 2.0 or newer; you can play without it, just without voice. Bedrock has no voice chat.
What happens if I log out during a fight?
After a hit you’re in combat for 30 seconds. Log out during that time and your character dies and drops its items. In combat, teleports, /home and clan commands are blocked, elytra and Riptide are disabled, and ender pearls and golden apples get cooldowns.
Which mods are allowed?
Allowed: minimaps that don’t show invisible players (the server itself turns off radar and cave mode for Xaero’s, JourneyMap and VoxelMap), Replay Mod, performance mods and shaders without X-Ray. Banned: cheats and hacked clients, X-Ray (including X-Ray resource packs and shaders), freecam, tracers, autoclickers and macros, Baritone and other bots, world downloaders and seed crackers. The punishment is a 30-day ban, then 90 days, then permanent.
I got banned. What now?
A ban can only be lifted in the ways shown on the ban screen. Don’t join from another account while the punishment is active: the account used to evade a ban is banned permanently. For other questions about your ban, contact support on our Discord server. The punishment terms are listed in the rules, and a hacked account doesn’t excuse you — so keep your password safe.
I lost items to a bug or lag. Will I get them back?
Per the rules, no: your items are your own responsibility, and the staff don’t compensate losses caused by errors or server outages. Keep valuables somewhere safe and don’t carry everything with you. If a donation didn’t arrive or the wrong amount of currency came through, though, contact the staff.
I found a bug or a rule-breaker. Where do I report it?
Right in the game: /reportbug <description> for bugs or /reportplayer <player> <reason> for players — or just /report to pick everything from a menu. The staff receive every report (bug reports go straight to Discord). Report dupes and exploits immediately: hiding them is punished.
Support
Still stuck?
Ask support on our Discord server — that’s also where you’ll find the news and clan recruiting. You can report a bug or a player right from the game too: /report.
