Rules

By joining the server you accept these rules. Not knowing the rules does not free you from responsibility.

The staff punishes within these rules. Breaking the same rule again within 60 days is punished harder — with the next step listed in that rule.

You are responsible for your account. A hacked account, letting someone else play on it or "it wasn't me" does not cancel a punishment.

You are responsible for keeping your items safe. The staff does not restore items lost in the game or to server errors and outages.

Donations are non-refundable. If you did not receive your purchase or got the wrong amount of currency, contact the staff.

Cheats, hacked clients, mods and programs that give you an advantage over other players are forbidden: kill aura, fly, speed hacks, X-Ray (including X-Ray resource packs and shaders), freecam, tracers and ESP, autoclickers and macros, Baritone and other bots, world downloaders and seed crackers.

Punishment: ban for 30 days → 90 days → permanent.

Refusing a cheat check or leaving the game during a check is forbidden.

Punishment: ban for 30 days.

Using bugs, duplication glitches and exploits is forbidden. If you find one, report it to the staff right away. Hiding a problem for your own gain is punished the same as using it.

In game: /reportbug <description> or the /report menu.

Punishment: ban for 7 days → 30 days, the gains are removed.

Deliberately overloading the server is forbidden: lag machines, endless redstone clocks, mass entity piles, abusing mechanics, bugs or clients.

Punishment: ban for 7 days → 30 days, the build is removed.

DDoS attacks and any attempts to break into the server, the website or the project's Discord are forbidden.

Punishment: permanent ban.

Flooding and spam are forbidden: repeating the same message, strings of meaningless characters, excessive caps.

Punishment: mute for 30 minutes → 2 hours → 1 day.

Advertising of any kind is forbidden: other servers, websites, Discord servers, channels, selling anything.

Punishment: mute for 1 day → ban for 1 day.

Posing as project staff, or faking messages from the staff or from the server system, is forbidden.

Punishment: mute for 1 day → 3 days.

Sharing personal information about players or staff without their consent is forbidden: real names, addresses, photos, contacts, IPs.

Punishment: ban for 30 days.

Evading a ban or mute is forbidden: joining from another account, changing your nickname or IP to play or chat while a punishment is active. A ban can only be lifted in the ways shown on the ban screen.

Punishment: permanent ban for the account used to evade; the original punishment is extended, up to a permanent ban.

Selling, buying or trading accounts, or in-game items and currency for real money, is forbidden.

Punishment: ban for 30 days, the items are removed.

The /mute command from a rank may only be used against advertising of other projects and excessive chat spam.

/mute comes with the Cthulhu and Kraken ranks.

Punishment: the rank is removed.
